Whether we’re progressively increasing weights, working out with resistance, or learning to balance without shoes, functional movement training teaches you how to trust in your body and let life be your guide.
Here’s how we do it:
Everything starts with a free 30-minute virtual consultation. We’ll chat about your training goals, hopes + dreams, and establish a grounded approach to personal training that supports you, your specific body, and your lifestyle.
Your trainer, Haley, will then create and develop your personalized movement program. You’ll receive a complete digital exercise program, complete with reference videos, recommendations, and notes, weekly 1:! training sessions with Haley in your home or in a boutique gym setting, nutrition counseling, and plenty of support and encouragement.
In between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity for self work. This is your chance to practice self care and implement your growing skills in the real world. You’ll be able to see how it feels to move, to breathe, and to take care of yourself while also staying actively engaged in…everything else.
